St. George’s Society of New York Scholarship
The St. George Society of New York Scholarships were created in 2008 to help eligible students in the New York area complete their studies. The Scholarship Program provides critical aid to CUNY students of British or Commonwealth heritage who have excellent academic standing. Applicants must be immigrants or first-generation children of immigrants from one of the 54 countries that comprise the British and Commonwealth nations (see below). In addition, applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, have completed 90 credits by the completion of the Spring 2025 semester, and be on pace to graduate in the Spring 2026 semester.
