Murray Horowitz Scholarship in the Arts Endowment

The scholarship recipient will be selected on the basis of talent in art, music, drama, theatre or dance by a majority vote of a Committee comprised of Queens College professors and key administrators. Once a student is selected, s/he is eligible to receive the scholarship for the course of his/her studies at Queens College, to a maximum of four consecutive years. The student must be majoring in Art, Music, Drama, Theater or Dance, maintain a GPA of 3.O or above within his/her major, and demonstrate financial need. If the student fails to uphold these criteria, the scholarship will be revoked at the close of the academic year and awarded to a new student.
