The recipient must be a graduating senior in TIME 2000 who has applied for and has been accepted into the Secondary Mathematics Education Program at Queens College, with the following credentials: Mathematics GPA: 3.5 Education GPA: 3.75 Service to TIME 2000 (e.g. Newsletter Editor, Officer of the Tutoring Club, service in any other capacity.)
