The interest of the Fund will be used to provide scholarship awards each academic year subject to the following criteria: an award given to an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in music who shows exceptional promise for a successful career in voice. Preference shall be given to a student with financial need. The award cannot be given twice to the same person.
